Complete registrations are processed into open seats daily on a first-come/first-served basis. Doing this only guarantees a spot in the queue, incomplete requests will not secure a spot in any specific class. The Basic Law Enforcement Academy (BLEA) is Washington’s mandated training academy for all city and county entry-level peace officers in the state.
